Retreat Registration

COVID GUIDELINES
We will be following CDC and local guidance. In addition to this, we recognize that there are varying levels of comfort and the transition out of quarantine and social distancing is itself a possible form of stress. Below are some basic guidelines we will be following:

-MASKS-
Following CDC and local guidelines, all attendees are required to wear a mask indoors in public settings regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings are not required in the privacy of the venue’s sleeping accommodations.

-VACCINATION REQUIREMENT-
We require that all attendees be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination will be confirmed when you check-in at the retreat center. Please bring your vaccination card, photo of your vaccination card, or, for California residents, your Digital Covid-19 Vaccine Record QR code.

-DISTANCING AND VENTILATION-
We will be the only group at the retreat center, and will be using a variety of indoor spaces. While indoors, we will keep windows and doors open as much as we are able. Meals will be served buffet style indoors, though seating will also be available outdoors.

-SOCIAL INTERACTION-
People have various comfort levels with in-person interactions. Please do not assume that others are comfortable with handshakes, hugs or close proximity.

-SYMPTOMS-
If you have ANY symptoms, please stay home and send an email to jessica@newbiginhouse.org. We will not be requiring a symptom screener, so ask that you keep everyone safe by staying home if you are feeling unwell.
