As a queer, Black immigrant with over 17 years in the Bay Area, Thomas Igeme brings a unique cultural and identity perspective to the board. His core belief is that "God's Spirit is near all, and available to all who seek Them," and he was drawn to the Center for Faith and Justice's commitment to inclusivity and the idea that divine love is accessible to all. His professional expertise as the Founder and Managing Director of TL Partners, a talent and leadership management consulting firm, complements his extensive board experience, which includes roles with education non-profits FACES SF, Envision Education, and City Church San Francisco, where he is also a grateful member and elder. The Center for Faith and Justice's blend of deep theological insight, transformative introspection, dedication to radical compassion and social justice work aligns seamlessly with Thomas' life mission and he is grateful to support the Center, as it supports him, in theological education and spiritual formation.
