Join us on December 3
for conversation (5pm) and dinner (6pm)!
In a world where so much is broken and burning, fear and insecurity abound, faith and courage are increasingly under duress. And yet, the call of faith is to move through fear to the work of justice. With decades of experience in justice and reconciliation work, Rev. Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil will talk with us about what it means to look deep within the Christian tradition to find courage for the work ahead. We’ll cover topics like:
-
- becoming an activist
- interceding for justice
- speaking truth to power
- the reconciling power of women
This is an in-person event in San Francisco (2773 Folsom Street, Mission District). Join us for conversation, dinner, and deeper connection with one another. Online participation is also available.
