Join us for in-person sessions with Rev. Mihee Kim-Kort and Rev. Tonetta Landis-Aina as we continue the fall season on Spiritual Theology: The Way of Jesus. They will be in conversation with Peter Choi to help enlarge our imaginations of Jesus, reminding us of the ways queerness and the way of Jesus intersect.

Rev. Mihee Kim-Kort is a Presbyterian minister, agitator, speaker, writer, and slinger of hopeful stories about faith and church. Her writing and commentary can be found in the New York Times, TIME, BBC World Service, USA Today, Huffington Post, Christian Century, On Being, Sojourners, Faith and Leadership, The Revealer, and Religion Dispatches. She is also co-pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Annapolis, MD, and author of Outside the Lines: How Embracing Queerness Will Transform Your Faith. 

Rev. Tonetta Landis-Aina is a native of North Carolina and moved to Washington DC in 2004. She holds a Masters of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and is passionate about marginalized people finding their stories in scripture as well as about the new shapes the church will take in the 21st century. When Tonetta isn’t geeking out on the Bible or trying to piece together what God might be doing in this beautiful city, she is enjoying time with her wife, 5 year old son and newborn daughter.
